About GeoForge

Field evidence built for decisions that cannot wait.

GeoForge turns aerial, ground-level, LiDAR, and inspection capture into an organized record for residential development, industrial properties, and builder operations.

Why GeoForge exists

Site capture should do more than create files.

Projects already generate photographs, drone flights, models, reports, and field notes. The problem is rarely a lack of information. It is that the information arrives in separate places, on different schedules, without a consistent structure for the next person who needs it.

GeoForge was built around a more practical idea: plan capture around the decision ahead, execute it consistently, and organize the result so owners, developers, builders, contractors, and specialists can work from the same dated evidence.

Repeatable captureCommon field methods, aircraft, and supporting equipment.
Connected contextLand, infrastructure, lots, structures, and assets organized together.
Evidence that travelsA record designed for handoff, comparison, and professional review.

Our operating model

Employee pilots create consistency in the field.

GeoForge pilots are salaried employees whose job is to execute client capture programs. They use standardized aircraft and supporting equipment, reducing the scheduling and field variability common to subcontractor-based programs.

  • Dedicated capacityPilots are staffed to serve client programs, not a subcontractor calendar.
  • Standardized field systemsCommon equipment packages support more repeatable capture across sites and regions.
  • Weather-based reschedulingA planned flight moves only when weather prevents safe operations - never because a subcontractor is unavailable.

Who we serve

Different environments. The same need for a reliable record.

GeoForge adapts the capture method and organization model to the decisions each market faces.

01

Residential Development

See land, infrastructure, and lots together.

Recurring aerial documentation, surface records, design comparisons, RTK-enabled ground models, and LiDAR Final Documentation support the development lifecycle.

02

Industrial Development

Connect the site record to the operating asset.

Aerial mapping and Skydio X10 visual, radiometric thermal, and close-range 3D capture document development, turnover, and visible asset conditions.

03

Builder Services

Give field teams a common lot-level reference.

Community progress, pre-cover records, LiDAR Final Documentation, focused ground models, and closeout evidence improve handoffs and warranty follow-up.

Technology with a purpose

The tool follows the condition being documented.

GeoForge selects capture technology for the required context, access, scale, and level of detail - then connects the outputs into one organized record.

A

Aerial mapping

Recurring overhead imagery and photogrammetric outputs for current conditions, progress, and broad-area context.

L

LiDAR surface records

Connected surface documentation for terrain, final land conditions, handoff, and between-lot visibility.

R

RTK-enabled ground 3D

PIX4Dcatch, Emlid Reach RX2, and iPhone 17 Pro capture focused accessible infrastructure and work areas.

X

Skydio X10 inspection

High-resolution visual, radiometric thermal, and close-range 3D capture for industrial exterior conditions.

D

Organized delivery

Imagery, models, surfaces, observations, and comparisons structured by date and location for practical use.

How we work

From an open question to a durable record.

  1. Start with the decisionDefine what needs to be visible, documented, measured, compared, or escalated.
  2. Plan the captureSelect the appropriate aerial, LiDAR, ground-level, visual, thermal, or 3D method.
  3. Execute consistentlyUse salaried pilots, standardized equipment, and a repeatable field plan.
  4. Organize for actionDeliver evidence by date and location, with clear direction when professional verification may be warranted.

Our commitments

Clarity in the field and clarity about our role.

01

Make the record useful

Capture and organization should reduce uncertainty for the people responsible for the next decision.

02

Build for repeatability

Standardized equipment, methods, and delivery structure matter when teams compare sites and dates.

03

Show where to look

Evidence should help a team locate the condition, understand its context, and direct appropriate follow-up.

04

Respect professional boundaries

GeoForge documents conditions and supports the client’s licensed or specialist professionals when their judgment is required.

Clear professional boundary

Documentation is not a licensed opinion.

GeoForge provides condition documentation, measurement-ready datasets, surface records, focused 3D models, visual and thermal observations, and change comparisons. We do not issue signed or sealed survey, engineering, thermography, inspection, or other licensed opinions.

When a condition calls for licensed or specialist judgment, we point the client to where verification may be appropriate and support that professional with organized evidence.

Regional & national programs

One operating model across every market.

GeoForge supports individual projects, regional portfolios, and national programs. We do not define coverage with a fixed public service-area boundary. Each program is planned around its locations, cadence, access, site conditions, and operational requirements.

Salaried pilots, standardized aircraft and equipment, and a common delivery structure help teams apply consistent expectations as a program expands into adjoining or new markets.
