We keep pricing simple so you can budget with confidence. Every plan includes unlimited user seats in TerraPilot and full phone/email support.
We respect your time too much to provide a link to our pricing and then list a number of factors involved in determining our price, but if you click the little orange button to the left, we can take time out of your schedule and eventually get to a price. We are all too busy for those sorts of games.

Instead, we offer our price upfront because we know our model is not only sustainable but also affordable. We don’t need fancy buildings in the most expensive state in the country. We don’t ask our pilots to bring all the equipment they invested in. We are both lean and agile, which is what keeps the cost down for you.

We offer discounts on our services based on the estimated duration of your project.  Our lowest prices for TerraPilot Taxi, Climb, and Cruise are based on project durations of 9 months or more and represent a $300 per month discount from our non-committal rate.  Additional discounts from our base rate are also available for projects planned to run from 3 to 8 months.  

Our rates for TerraPilot Ground Control (LiDAR) are based on the number of acres and start at $60 per acre, decreasing as the acreage required for scanning increases.  Additionally, if you need CAD work to augment your data set, additional services will be included in your proposal.

We will credit the amount you paid and apply it towards your subsequent invoice, allowing you to benefit from the correct pricing tier based on your project’s actual duration.  If you thought your project would take 8 months, and received a $200 per month discount from the start of our engagement, but now your project is going beyond 9 months, you will receive a credit of $800 (8 months times $100 discount per month) on your invoice for the 9th month.

That's no problem.  We will adjust your previous pricing so you only pay the correct amount for your project’s actual duration.  There are no early termination penalties or adjustments.

That is no problem at all.  We understand that each project has different needs from start to finish, and we have priced our services accordingly.  You may want to adjust your cadence up or down at any point during the engagement, and we are happy to accommodate this need, while still passing on the savings you have been promised.

While we count each phase as a "site" in TerraPilot, we offer additional discounts for multi-phase, concurrent projects within a large overall development.
